Delivery
Whitelisted servers, blacklist monitoring and human approvals mean we'll get your e-mail delivered.
E-mail deliverability is an incredibly important part of e-mail marketing. There's nothing more frustrating than spending days designing the perfect campaign only for it to end up being flagged as SPAM and never read. To minimize the chances of this happening, we've taken the following measures:
- All of Reach33's delivery servers have been whitelisted by many of the larger ISP's, including AOL and Yahoo! Our servers are also integrated into the spam reporting systems for other large ISP's such as Hotmail and MSN. These arrangements ensure the best chance of your e-mails being delivered and also allow us to keep any sender not following best practice off our servers.
- Our partners monitor blacklists daily. If a server is ever listed, we remove it from the cluster immediately and resolve the issue on behalf of our customers.
- Until a customer has been approved, every large campaign is reviewed by our partners before it can be delivered. Any spam-like campaigns are removed and the account closed immediately.
- Our partner verifies all large lists that are imported and ensures they comply with our strict permission policy.
- Every e-mail sent using our software contains a single click unsubscribe link.
- Our abuse e-mail account is monitored closely and every complaint is followed up promptly. Our software is directly integrated into abuse complaint systems for some large ISP's. If a sender receives an unacceptable number of complaints their account is terminated.
Send is not the end
At Reach33, we believe that the delivery of your e-mail message is a critical part of the process, but not the last step. Our comprehensive reporting system allows you complete and real-time access to every detail of your campaign's progress.
Your executive report
Furthermore, one week after we finished delivery of your campaign, we'll prepare an executive report outlining the results. We can also provide analysis and assumptions based on those results that can be used in follow-up campaigns.
